Payments & Returns
We are offering a wide variety of payment methodes, including:
- American Express
All payments will be processed securely by trusted payment provider 'Shopify Payments'.
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns within 14 days after receiving the goods.
You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Due to safety and health reasons items have to be unopened and return in their original state.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send us an email at email@example.com or fill in the contact form. Include your order ID and the products you wish to return.
- You will receive the address where the package can be send to via the email.
- Send all items back to us via your trusted local parcel servicepoint such as DHL, FedEx, DPD, GLS, TNT.
- After we received your return package in the right order, we will proceed to return the payment made within 10 workdays.
- Shipping costs for returning your order are not covered by us.
- Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
- In case the returned item(s) is damaged by irresponsible handling, we unfortunately cannot refund your money.
