Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, sealed, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us at support@auroliquidgold.eu to initiate your return.
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your package.
Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Non-returnable items
For hygienic and quality reasons, opened or unsealed bottles cannot be returned.
All products must be sealed and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
Exchanges
Need a different product? The fastest way is to return the original item. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the product you’d like.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
