1) Who we are

This website is operated by AuroLiquidGold, a trading name of Peace Of I Ecommerce (KvK 77198433), Netherlands. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to AuroLiquidGold.

2) Acceptance of terms

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.

3) Eligibility

You must be 18+ to purchase. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the site complies with applicable laws.

4) Orders & payments

  • Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it.

  • Prices and availability may change at any time.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details.

  • Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Your card details are handled by them, not stored by us.

5) Products & availability

  • Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith; minor variations may occur.

  • We may limit quantities, cancel orders, or discontinue products at our discretion (you’ll be refunded if applicable).

6) Shipping & delivery

  • Shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

  • Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provide. Please check your parcel on arrival.

7) Returns & refunds

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • For hygienic and quality reasons, opened or unsealed bottles are non-returnable.

  • Follow the instructions in our Returns Policy (contact: support@auroliquidgold.eu). Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

8) Your account (if applicable)

You’re responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity under your account.

9) Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (e.g., introduce malware, scrape, spam, infringe IP, or break laws). We may suspend or block access for misuse.

10) Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit it without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Your obligations that by nature should survive (e.g., payments due, IP, indemnity) will continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts.
