### **Shipping & Return Policy**

**Shipping**
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed and shipped within **1–2 business days** after payment.
Please note that **we only ship from Tuesday to Saturday mornings**, as we are a **small, independent business**. Orders placed after Saturday morning will be shipped the following Tuesday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a **tracking number** so you can follow your package.

**Shipping Costs**
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, depending on your location and the size of your order.
Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount (as stated during promotions or special offers).

**Delivery Time**
For orders within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes **1–3 business days** after shipping.
For Belgium and other EU countries, delivery may take **3–7 business days**.
Please note that during holidays or busy promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

### **Returns**

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within **14 days of receipt**, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.

**Important:**
The **shipping costs for returning your order** are **the responsibility of the customer**. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is safely received.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within **5 business days** to your original payment method.

**Exceptions:**
For hygienic reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
